Email Notifications for TASK Candidates

Candidates participating in the TASK program will receive email notifications at various instances throughout the process.
The goal is to make sure that candidates are aware of the ongoing sessions and that they have all they need to connect to TASK and take the test.
The following is a breakdown of when candidates can expect to receive email notifications:
  1. Invitation: Candidates will receive an email notification when they are initially invited to participate in to TASK.
  1. Session Start: Candidates will receive an email notification when a session is about to start.
  1. J-3 before session ends: Candidates who have not yet passed the test will receive an email notification three days before the session ends as a reminder to complete the test.
Specific events:
  1. Session Closure: If a session closes, candidates will receive an email notification to inform them of the session's closure.
  1. Test Completion: After candidates finish taking the test, they will receive an email notification acknowledging the completion of the test.
  1. Score Return: Once the scores are available, candidates will receive an email notification with their test scores.
  1. Session date change: If a moderator changes the end date of the session, they will receive a notification email. All candidate who have not taken TASK yet will receive a notification too.
These email notifications are designed to keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the TASK program.
